Frank Oddo opened City Wide, a janitorial services company, in 1961 in Kansas City. Until the company began franchising in 1999, Oddo ran the business as a traditional maintenance and cleaning company. When Oddo's son, Jeff, took over the business, he soon revamped into the all-purpose maintenance and cleaning contracting company it is today.

City Wide caters its services toward commercial needs, connecting clients with a wide range of cleaning services for both interior and exterior maintenance.
